Innova Solutions is immediately hiring a Customer Service Rep. I.

Position Type : Full Time, Contract to possible hire.

Duration : 3 months

Location : Burlington, NC 27215

Shift / Schedule : 1st shift. 8AM-5PM

As a Customer Service Rep. I, your responsibilities :

Summary :

  • The main function of a call center / customer service specialist is to interact with customers to provide information in response to inquiries about products and services and to handle and resolve complaints.
  • A typical customer service specialist is responsible for determining the client’s issue, offer possible solutions or providing follow-up as needed.
  • Customer service agents may be inbound, outbound or a combination of both.

Job Responsibilities :

  • Contact customers to respond to inquiries or to notify them of a patient problem.
  • Refer unresolved customer grievances to designated departments for further investigation.
  • Lab work required.
  • Pull priority samples and take to testing bench.

Skills Required :

  • Previous Phlebotomy or Specimen handling experience.
  • Verbal and written communication skills, attention to detail, customer service skills and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage ones time.
  • Ability to accurately document and record customer / client information.
  • Previous experience with computer applications, such as MS Outlook or data entry software.

Education / Experience :

  • High school diploma or GED preferred.
  • 0-2 years customer service-related experience required.

PAY RANGE AND BENEFITS :

Pay Range* : $16.00 / hr to $19.50 / hr

Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.
